The Development Process
As mentioned, we approach each project from a functionality standpoint, by taking our client’s problem or request and developing a solution that’s functionally and communicatively sound. We then test our functionality design in various environment scenarios to test for bugs and ensure it works on different browsers and operating system platforms.
At this point, we present the design to our client for them to verify it meets their functionality requirements, and to supply any feedback. Once our client is satisfied with the functionality design, we test again before moving on to the creative design phase.
The creative design phase is where we make your web project appealing and user friendly to the users who will browse the website. We take into consideration everything from color scheme, font size, to layout and the web pages dimensions, and other interactive elements such as text or button rollover effects, menu dropdowns, embedded flash and so forth.
We first design several flat image designs in either, Macromedia Fireworks or Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. We present these designs to our client for them to choose one design; once their choice is made, we use the appropriate web technology to link the creative design to the project's functional design.
The last phase of the development process, is again, to test our creative and functional design in various environment scenarios to test for bugs and ensure it works on different browsers and operating system platforms. Then We Go Live!
